I remember the very first time I went to an Ophthalmologist. I was in Black Hills Health and Education Center attending their Evangelism course. I was mid-way through the course and found that my vision was having trouble. Making an appointment,  I was shocked to find that I needed glasses! I was 20 years old. With my new glasses I realized the importance of vision.

How important is vision? For the physical body . . . very important. For life . . . crucial. George Washington Carver once stated, “Where there is no vision, there is no hope.” Joel A. Barker chimes, “Vision without action is merely a dream. Action without vision just passes the time. Vision with action can change the world.”

The greatest source of thought shares this, “Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepers the law, happy is he.” – Proverbs 29:18, KJV. What vision has God placed on your heart? You have before you a new year, a new opportunity, a new beginning. As you listen to the sermonic thought by David Jamieson may your mind remember, “You are not here merely to make a living. you are here in order to enable the world to live more amply, with greater vision, with a finer spirit of hope and achievement. You are here to enrich the world, and you impoverish yourself if you forget the errand.” – Woodrow Wilson.

May you this Sabbath remember that God has a vision for you to accomplish. Go and make it happen!

So until the next time, this is Pastor Tello reminding you that thoughts do change lives!
